Shanna joined the practice in August 2025 as our New Business Administrator. She brings three years of client service experience from Osaic Wealth, along with more than 23 years of experience across finance and administrative service roles.
Shanna will be your primary contact for all account-opening needs and related updates. She plays a key role in ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for both new and existing clients, including account setup, onboarding, and ongoing account maintenance.
Based in Columbus, Ohio, Shanna is a proud mother of two and grandmother to two wonderful grandchildren. She is passionate about uplifting others, both personally and professionally. When she’s not spending time with her grandbabies, you’ll often find her exploring local nurseries in search of new plants to add to her growing collection.
