Michelle met and joined John as his Practice Manager in February 2015, having 25+ years working in various administrative and management positions within the financial services industry. She received her BS/BA from The Ohio State University and maintains an active FINRA Series 7 registration and State of Ohio Life, Accident & Health license.
She can help you with all matters operations related, including insurance and investment account questions, marketing, licensing, compliance, and general day to day business happenings.
Michelle and her husband Jim are empty nesters with 3 adult children and 8 grandbabies, including their Forever 5 Angel Elena. Outside of work, you'll find her active with Amvets Ladies Aux working with veterans, tooling around working on endless house projects, but most importantly, spending time with her family and friends.
